7th Annual Roy-llerski

Join us in the 7th annual Roy-llerski Challenge. This event started as a state-wide rollerskiing activity, and has grown to include a series of challenges related to the distance of 5:17K (Roy’s Birthday). This expansion was an effort to allow people of varying abilities to contribute! You can walk, run, hike, or rollerski for any of the challenges – we’re excited to see your contributions this year!

The Challenges:

1. Rockstar: For those aiming to RollerSki/Run/Hike/Bike 51.7km (32.12 mi) in one shot (You’re crazy…just like Roy)
   • Prize = mowc t-shirt, nezinscot bandana, hot cocoa mix, assorted cookies
2. Speedy Repeater: Combine multiple roller ski/hikes/bikes to reach 51.7km (32.12 mi)
   • Prize = mowc t-shirt, nezinscot bandana, hot cocoa mix, assorted cookies
3. Art for Roy: Use a tracking app to create a unique trail or loop and send us the image!
   • Prize = mowc t-shirt, nezinscot bandana, hot cocoa mix, assorted cookies
4. Handsome: This is our storytelling challenge; tell us a story about Roy, your experience at the MOWC, or Nezinscot. (You can email this to us at varney.gloria@gmail.com)
   • Prize = mowc t-shirt, nezinscot bandana, hot cocoa mix, assorted cookies

To be considered for a prize, you must;

1. Create a social post after you’ve completed your challenge (please name which challenge you’ve participated in!)
2. Tag us @themowc and use the hashtag #forroy
3. That’s it! We’ll contact you if you’ve won <3
